PME - Where is the internal CM Tool log located for an in-place upgrade?

Issue

The PME installer includes a version of the CM Tool for in-place upgrades, which has a separate log file than the PME installation log. This log will need to be reviewed for errors if steps such as "Save to Archive" and "Writing configuration to system" are unsuccessful. The installer will indicate "Please see CM Tool log for details".
