Customer needs to downgrade the HDPM6000 Firmware version v58 to v56
Resolution
It is not recommended to downgrade the firmware version of the HDPM6000 Head Unit.

Customer needs to downgrade the HDPM6000 Firmware version v58 to v56
Resolution
It is not recommended to downgrade the firmware version of the HDPM6000 Head Unit.
See Release notes attached, pg 2.
Downgrading from the version 58 firmware bundle to the version 56 bundle will cause the head unit to lose accumulated energy on downgrade and also each time the meter is power cycled thereafter. Contact technical support if downgrading to the v56 firmware bundle is required and a workaround can be provided.
