Smart-UPS Ultra 5-10kW "EPO Activated" cannot be immediately cleared on the UPS LCD display

Issue: The "EPO Activated" alarm cannot be immediately cleared on the UPS LCD display

Product line: Smart-UPS Ultra 5-10kW models

Reason: If the UPS is turned on using the the System Enable Switch, it will immediately report an "EPO activated" alarm on the LCD display. This alarm must be manually cleared on the UPS LCD display before the UPS output can be turned on.

If this alarm is not cleared within ~10 minutes, the UPS may go in a standby state where subsequent attempts to clear the alarm may not clear it immediately.

Resolution: Perform several attempts to clear the alarm on the LCD display. By the 7th attempt, the alarm condition should clear, and UPS will be able to be turned on.
