Can a Control Power Transformer (CPT) feed two different voltages on loads?

Yes, if the sum of currents doesn't exceed the VA of the transformer.

Also, as long as the secondary side of the CPT has two different coils connected in series connections and one terminal either x1 or x4 is grounded and used as the neural.
