Cause:
The website does not include the instructions for the Config to Excel Tool. The documentation is packaged within the Firmware Update bundles, specifically in the ConfigToExcel folder.
Resolution:
- Locate the Firmware Update package for your SAGE RTU. The latest version is in the next link: SAGE RTU Firmware Update
- Inside the package, navigate to the ConfigToExcel folder.
- Open the included manual and refer to the “Getting Started” section for step-by-step instructions.
- If you do not have access to the firmware package, contact SAGE RTU Support or your authorized distributor to obtain the latest version of the tool and its documentation.
