Why is my Schneider OffGrid Portable Power Station's output turning off after some time?

Resolution:

Please refer to the parameters below that are set to the PPS.

The AC output sockets will automatically turn off after 10 hours if the connected load is < 5W
The AC output sockets will automatically turn off when the battery level is < 5%
The USB-A and USB-C ports will automatically turn off after 10 hours if the connected load is < 1W
The car ports will automatically turn off after 10 hours if the connected load is < 1W

Note: These parameters are fixed and cannot be changed.
