No, QO breakers with shunt trips (e.g., QO2301021) cannot be installed on HQO adapters. HQO devices are not designed to accommodate breakers with pigtails or accessories. The metal cover support brackets are positioned too close to the breaker lug terminals, creating a clearance issue.
