What subfeed options are available in SB324QR?

Subfeed circuit breaker compatibility and wire size requirements for SB324QR Speed D Switchboard

Product Line:
Schneider Electric Speed D Switchboard – SB324QR

Resolution:
The SB324QR Speed D Switchboard includes provisions for installing two HLP or JLP subfeed circuit breakers. The loadside lug capabilities vary depending on the frame and ampacity of the breaker selected:

  • H Frame (100–150A): Accepts wire sizes from #14 to 3/0 AWG
  • J Frame (175A): Accepts wire sizes from #4 to 4/0 AWG
  • J Frame (200–225A): Accepts wire sizes from 3/0 to 350 kcmil

These provisions allow for flexible subfeed configurations based on your specific load requirements and the selected breaker type.
