How to Register, Monitor, and Share Software Licenses Using Software Management

How do I register, monitor, and share software licenses using Software Management?

Product Lines:

Control Expert, Machine Expert, Vijeo Designer, Operator Terminal Expert, etc.

Resolution:

Sign in to your MySchneider account using your registered credentials.
Go to: Software → Tools and Resources → Software Licenses and Subscription Management.
Click the Register button to begin adding a new license to your account.
In the activation ID field, type your Activation ID using the required format: A XXXX XXXX XXXX Then click Search, followed by Register on my account.
A confirmation prompt will appear indicating that the license has been successfully registered.
Once registered, the license will appear in your list, where you can view:
• License status
• Number of total, available, and in‑use licenses
• Device name(s) currently using the license
To share license information, click the three dots (⋮) next to the license you want to share, then select Share license information.
Fill in the required fields, including the recipient’s email address and role. Click Send link to share the license information with the designated contact.
