Issue:
Upgrading NBRK0250A to firmware 3.4.2.3 deletes existing rack users.

Product Line:

Environment:
NetBotz 250A
Rack access.

Cause:
Upgrading a NetBotz NBRK0250A to firmware version 3.4.2.3 that has existing rack access users causes those users to be deleted.

Resolution:
Please do not upgrade to firmware 3.4.2.3. It will be removed from the software downloads page.
If you have upgraded, you will need to recreate the users.
Please do not downgrade the NetBotz NBRK0250A after upgrading to 3.4.2.3 as it may cause the rack access pod to be removed from the UI as per FAQ000281291
