How to Transfer Serialized Licenses?

Issue:
How to Transfer Serialized Licenses?

Product Lines:
Software licenses that comes in two parts: Part number and Serial Number.

Concept, ProWORX32, Sepam, SoMove (versions lower that v2.8), TwidoSuite, Unity Pro S/L/XL, Vijeo Designer v6.2 (from Service Packs 1-10),

Resolution:
The Transfer License method is part of an older registration process that has been obsoleted and may no longer function as expected.
In this case what we recommend registering the software by using an Authorization Code obtained from us after installation.

Before reauthorizing the software on the new PC, please ensure you have the following information available:

The original Entitlement Certificate, including:

  • Part Number
  • Serial Number

If the Entitlement Certificate is no longer available, you may use any valid licensing information, such as the license details from the existing PC where the software is currently registered.

Once this information is available, you can proceed with requesting an Authorization Code from us and completing the registration on the new computer.
