Resolution:
To access Machine Expert - Safety features within EcoStruxur Machine Expert, you must activate a valid Machine Expert Safety Maintenance license, even if you already have a permanent Machine Expert license installed and activated.
The required Machine Expert Safety Maintenance license depends on the version of Machine Expert you are using:
- Machine Expert v1.x requires the corresponding v1.x Safety Maintenance license.
- Machine Expert v2.x requires the corresponding v2.x Safety Maintenance license.
If you encounter a licensing error when accessing Safety functionality, verify that the appropriate Machine Expert Safety Maintenance license is activated on your computer.
