The Help Center is a new Self Service Tool launched by Schneider Electric for our customers to be a one stop shop for Documents, Product Selection, Product Alternative or even Where to Buy Option.
You can access the Help Center by following the instructions below:
1) Go to your local SE Website:
Singapore: se.com/sg
Philippines: se.com/ph
Malaysia: se.com/my
Then click on Support:
2) Click the "Help Center" on the Support drop down and you will be directed to the Help Center page:
3) On the Help Center Page, you can use the following for Launching Product Selectors, Browsing and downloading SE Documents, Product Replacement Tool and To locate our Partners:
