Status Flags for data in ION EEM

Goals and Symptoms

Each row in the Datalog table in ION EEM has a status flag that indicates the current status of that data point, one of the most important uses for this flags are in Data Quality to indicate which data points are valid, invalid or any other attribute the data can have.

Causes and Fixes

Here is a list of the possible values the StatusFlagsBitField column can take and its meaning:

    • 0 = unknown
    • 1 = invalid (failed Data Quality check)
    • 2 = valid (passed Data Quality check)
    • 4 = locked
    • 8 = edited
    • 10 = override enabled

This flags can be useful for tweaking data for running Data Quality procedures however it might be risky to do so, it is advised that changing this flags is avoided when possible.
