When installing a Service Pack of Vijeo Designer v6.2 the message: "no compatible version of Vijeo Designer has been found on your computer..." appears. How does one resolve this error message?

Cause:
This error message appears when you have an older version than Vijeo Designer 6.2 installed that is incompatible with the Service Pack that you are applying.
For example, if you have Vijeo Designer v6.1 installed on the PC and you are trying to install a Service Pack meant for v6.2.
Resolution:
In order to install the Service Pack of Vijeo Designer v6.2, you need Vijeo Designer v6.2 already installed on the PC.
Vijeo Designer v6.2 Service Packs do not upgrade Vijeo Designer versions v6.1 or older to v6.2.
Vijeo Designer v6.2 requires a different purchased license than that of v6.1.
