The common causes of this error are:
1. Incorrect user credentials being entered. In this case, please double check the user name and password. Both the user name and password are case sensitive.
2. WebX is configured to connect to an invalid server. Please check whether the "System" shown on the "System Log On" page once WebX loads matches the system configured in "Configure Connections". If the systems are not the same, the correct system needs to be configured in WebX. To do that, please follow these steps:
- Launch "ClearSCADA WebX & Mobile Configuration", right-click on "WebX Service Settings" and select "Update Settings".
- Change "Server Name" to match "System Name" from "Configure Connections". Note that "Server Name" is case sensitive.
- Once the "Server Name" is changed to the correct system, navigate to the Services list and restart "ClearSCADA Web and Mobile Settings Service".
- Restart your Internet browser and make sure the correct system is shown on the "System Log On" page.
