When using a SCADAPack 575 and attempting to connect the logic debugger if the message "This isn't a valid PLC Address, or PLC is busy, or media is off" is displayed it can mean that the Logic Debugger service is not enabled in the rPAC.

To remedy this:

1. Return to RemoteConnect
2. Open the offline configuration
3. In the "SCADAPack x70 Logic" section enable the "Logic Debugger Service"
4. Download the configuration again.
