Clarification needed on cause and possible remedy.
Resolution:
This fault code indicates that the internal EEprom that stores the drive program has failed. This can result in the loss of programming, corruption of the programming, and inability to retain new programming. It is recommended to replace the drive in this situation as operation can no longer be considered reliable.
