Why RPM parameter in RMS reads 1500 when the generator is in OFF in Hexa meter.

RPM parameter in RMS takes the frequency of the grid when the generator is OFF ie. 50Hz grid frequency is translated to RPM = 1500 and is shown in the meter display.
When the generator is ON, the meter displays the RPM of the generator.
