Maintenance records are part of a self-diagnostic feature on MicomP40 relays. The relay internally does constant check on SRAM, EPROM, Program code, etc, if it detects any abnormality, the relay attempts to resolve it by performing a reboot and logs maintenance record in the event file.
The reboot is recorded as the power-on event which is as below
After re-boot, if the issue is not persisting, we treat this as healthy.
In the current case we observe we have one maintenance record & after reboot, the issue did not recur. The relays undergoing this phenomenon are perfectly healthy, not classified as defective.
As these are maintenance records, which denote the status as a healthy condition of the relay, and we would advise you to keep the relay in service.
