Resolution:
It is required by NEC if panel is 277V, 480V or 480V Delta. It is not required if it is 120-208 volts. In any case the ground fault protection would have to be quoted for factory installation or it can be replaced in the field with additional neutral assembly. Check with the local Distributor or Sales office for selection and quotation.
