Most instrument transformers listed in the Instrument Transformer catalog, document, 4210CT9701R6/01, are UL and cUL Recognized per Classification XODW2, File # E100570.  cUL and CSA are equivalent.  Please refer to that document for your specific instrument transformer inquiry.
