Cause:
Transformers radiate heat when in operation, which must be dissipated
Resolution:
Per the instruction manual; Follow all local and national codes when locating the Transformer. Make sure the radiators are clear of obstructions. The Transformer must be at least 24 inches from walls or other obstructions to allow circulation of air around each unit.
