Cause:
External or internal
Resolution:EPH1 is an input phase loss.
Verify the wiring connections on all three phases coming into the drive (R/L1-S/L2-T/L3).
Measure line to line voltages to make sure they are all present and equal phase to phase.
To clear the fault, cycle power. Turn off the line voltage until the display goes off. Then turn the voltage back on.
