This means that the NOE module slot mapping register is set incorrectly.
The ADDRFLD pin is an Array of 5 words. The high byte of the first word is the physical slot position in HEX of the Ethernet module. The low byte is the Modbus mapping index if going through a bridge. A setting or 0500 HEX would mean that the NOE that the message is going out on resides in slot 5 and no index is needed for the client device.
