I have set the variables to be retentive but how come the HMISTO does not retain the values on power cycle?

Issue:
I have set the variables to be retentive but how come the HMISTO does not retain the values on power cycle?

Product Line:
Magelis, HMISTO501, HMISTO511, HMISTO512

Resolution:
The HMISTO series only retains the value at every hr interval.  This is a hardware limitation and there is no work around for this.
