How can I troubleshoot an ATV312 drive with an IF2 Fault?

ATV312 drive with an IF2 (Internal Fault).

Resolution:
Probable Cause:
IF2 is an internal fault commonly caused by an unrecognizable or incompatible HMI card in the drive.
Possible Remedies:
Disconnect HMI cable from the drive
Remove all control wiring then power cycle the drive
If it still faults, then there may be some other possible internal issue with the drive.
It would be recommended to replace the drive
