Determining dates for ClearSCADA historic data files
ClearSCADA stores historic data in files on a per point basis.  Each historic file contains 1 weeks worth of historic values for a single point.

Example
In the screen shot below there is a point in the database named 'D'.

By right-clicking on this point and selecting 'View Status' from the menu we can see that the point has an object ID of 177.

Now if we look in the Windows directory, C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\ClearSCADA\Database\History\Historic\HdI00000 we will see a folder with the name '177'.  This folder contains all history for the point with object ID 177.

Files are named with the week number that corresponds to the number of weeks that have passed since the week of Dec 25, 1600.  For example, the file highlighted above (WK021720.HRD) corresponds to the week of April 10, 2017.  21,720 weeks have passed between Dec 25, 1600 and Apr 10, 2017.  Historic data for the following week (the week of April 17, 2017) would have the file name WK21721.HRD.
