Resolution:
If your Magelis HMI cannot communicate with your Siemens S7-1200 PLC configured with TIA portal, try enabling the setting below in TIA:
(Protection->Connection->Connection mechanisms)
Permit access with PUT/GET communication from remote partner (PLC, HMI,OPC...)
