Is it possible to recover the runtime on the Magelis HMIGTO and HMISTU just like the XBTGT targets?

Resolution
The Magelis HMIGTO and STU HMI devices do not have the runtime recovery option like the Magelis XBTGT series using a serial recovery cable.
The unit will need to be sent back as a warranty replacement if still under warranty or repair if out of warranty. Please contact your local Distributor to set this up.
