Will a Powerstyle switchboard with an I-line LA frame 400A existing breaker, accept a 400A Powerpact L breaker?

Can you replace a legacy LA or LH I-line breaker with a Powerpact L frame breaker in a switchboard?

Yes, as long as they are replacing an existing LA or LH I-line constructed breaker, a Powerpact 400A L frame breaker will fit. Will need to verify before ordering. This is not true for Powerpact breakers above 400A. That will require an assessment.
