What would cause the GV2AF4 adapter not to fit and connect to the ATV320 drive and the GV2 circuit breaker?

GV2AF4 connection to ATV320 and GV2 circuit breaker.

Cause:
GV2AF4 adapter pins are not long enough.
Resolution:
There is a newer adapter to connect the GV2 and the ATV320
The new part number is GV2AF5
There is a 29-day lead time on the part so you may need to contact customer service to see if you can expedite the order if needed.
The pins are longer to allow a better connection between the GV2 and the ATV320 drive.
