There is no Siebe Valve MG862PKA that could be found. From the description it sounds like you could use the VB-8303-0-5-12 valve which is a 2-1/2" 3-way Mixing/Diverting valve and can be used with the Schneider Electric MS41-6343 Actuator. The AV-609-1 linkage kit is used with the MS41-6343 Actuator as it can cause the AV-607-1 Linkage to bend. An AV-609-1 Linkage, which has a thicker shaft, that won't bend, should be used.
