What is the packing kit for a VB-9213-000-4 valve if the pipe size isn't known?

Since there is a "4" in the valve part number VB-9213-000-4-XX for NPT connection, the valve sizes would have to be 1/2" to 2". That would make this valve the obsoleted VB-9XXX Series.
After the 2" NPT valves comes the 2 1/2"- 6" Flange valves with a "5" where the "4" used to be.
The rebuild packing kit YBA-635, is for the obsoleted VB-9XXX series 1/2 "-2" valves
