There are two main ways to access command line diagnostics:
1. Using an ASCII terminal connected to a SCADAPack serial port configured for the Cmd Line function. This is the method used to display startup diagnostics.
The Serial 4 is default Port function is Command Line.
2. Using Telnet over TCP/IP links. Multiple Telnet sessions may be established with the SCADAPack on the same TCP/IP interface, or multiple sessions may be simultaneously established on multiple TCP/IP interfaces.
Enable the Telnet server under the IP Communication>Ethernet Ports>Services. Then hit apply button.
