What does Rx and Lx suffix mean on HC or I-Line enclosures? (Example: HC4286DBR5 or HC4286DBL5)

On the attachment, it shows a box for an HC4486DBL5. It shows the uncentered positions of the studs where the I-line interior would be mounted, thus, portraying the extension provided on the left side of the enclosure.
