Which programming software replaces TwidoSoft?
The TwidoSoft software has been replaced by the TwidoSuite programming software, part number (on DVD-ROM) is: TWDBTFU10M
The transfer cable or Bluetooth adaptor must be ordered separately.
The transfer cables are:
• TSXPCX1031 for connection to the PC's serial port.
• TSXCUSB485 converter in conjunction with the TSXCRJMD25 cable for connection to the PC's USB port.
Note: The following TwidoSoft CD-ROM packs are no longer sold: TWDSPU1002V10M - CD-ROM only, TWDSPU1001V10M - CD ROM with TSXPCX1031 cable, TWDSPU1003V10M - CD ROM with TSXPCX3030 cable, TWDSPU1004V10M - CD-ROM with VW3A81114 Bluetooth adaptor.
Note:
The Twido range is discontinued and the possible replacement is the Modicon M221. The software to program this new controller is the EcoStruxure Machine Expert Basic also free.
The software can automatically be migrated to this new platform but check with our support center your architecture to validate the migration.
