Error 1316 Account already exists appear when installing Vijeo XD V3.0.20

Issue:
When installing Vijeo XD 3.0.20 on top of an existing version of Vijeo XD 3.0, it is possible that you will encounter the error "Error 1316 Account already exists".

Product Line:
Vijeo XD 3.0

Environment:
Windows operating system (version 7, 10)

Resolution:
To prevent this error message from appearing at installation time of the Vijeo XD 3.0.20 hotfix, please remove this registry key:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products\D065E11B2DF81604F86412AACEECD2EF
