Issue
StruxureWare Data Center Expert is not accepting my One Time passcode.

Cause
SturuxureWare / EcoStruxure Data Center Expert requires a 64 character license key that is created at EcoStruxure IT Entitlements portal at https://ecostruxure-it-entitlements.se.com/ by combining the passcode and the Data Center Expert's MAC address.


Resolution:

The Passcode you receive when purchasing a license key is not the actual license.
Below you will find instructions to convert the passcode to a license key.


1. In a web browser, navigate to EcoStruxure IT Entitlements portal at https://ecostruxure-it-entitlements.se.com/
2. Log in to the site using e-mail and password or register.
3. Follow the instructions located on the Welcome page.
