Issue:
Asking about parameter F400 on the ATV212.

Cause:
N/A

Resolution:
F400 is the auto tuning parameter for the ATV212 and the ATV21.   The setting for the parameters are listed below:

0 [Deactivated]
1 [Initialize constant]  Auto-tuning is performed immediately if possible.   Application of individual settings of Auto Torque Boost [Auto
Torque Boost] (F402)
2 [Complete tune]   Complete auto tuning.
Parameter F400 is reset to “0” after the auto tuning is performed.
