Does M580 NOP system comply to IEC 62351-5?

Answer:
IEC62351-5 is for secure authentication at power devices other than controllers. In terms of M580 NOP(IEC61850), it doesn't have encryption so not comply to this standard.
On the other hand, IEC62351 is for system and it can be addressed by power system…
