What is the function of remote wear diagnosis module plug? Can we upload the data in power off condition ?
Remote Wear Diagnosis (RWD) module input slot (at top of the contactor) is available only on advanced version contactors. The RWD module can be installed on TeSys Giga contactor by push-in click function, at the right position without need of any screws.
The wire plug available on RWD module, is connected to the slot on the contactor and it works without any additional control supply. The data synchronization can be done only with power ON.
Note: RWD module is available in 2 variants with 1NO or 1NC contact. 1NO or 1NC contact voltage potential is independent of the contactor control voltage.
