Unable to connect to the webpage of the Ecostruxure Panel Server
Issue
When attempting to connect to the Ecostruxure Panel Server webpage the site cannot be reached by typing the IP address into a web browser. The web browser may display a message that says “This site can’t be reached”

Cause
The Ecostruxure Panel Server uses Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS). HTTPS is a variant of the standard web transfer protocol (HTTP) that adds a layer of security on the data in transit through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) or Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol connection.
Resolution
You must include https:// before the IP address in order to access the webpage for the device. If you only enter the IP address into the web browser it may not default to HTTPS.
