What is nrdY status on an ATS22 soft starter?

nrdY status
Resolution:
There are 2 possibilities.
A stop command is present, with line and control power ON. This means:
LI1 = 0 and LI2 = 1 when in 2 wire control
LI1 = 1 and LI2 = 1 at power up when in 3 wire control
Or
The main line power is not applied to L1, L2, L3.
