Issue:
Possible cause for an internal link fault on an ATS22 soft start.

Environment:
All models and serial numbers

Cause:
Internal detected fault

Resolution:
Internal serial link fault means the soft starter control card is not communicated with the power board.   Try reseating the ribbon cable that connects the control card to the power board.   If this does not resolve the issue, repairs or replaces the soft start.
