What would cause the ATV320 series Drive to still trip on OBF if the DB resistor has been installed?

Issue:

ATV320 Drive is tripping on OBF after installing the DB resistor.

Product Line:

ATV320...... C version.

Environment:

All

Cause:

DC bus is still over charging on ramp down.

Resolution:

-Check to make sure the Jumper factory jumper is still installed between PO and PA+ ( C suffix version Drives only)

-Check to make sure the DB resistor is wired between PO and PB.

-Power down the drive, let the DC bus discharge then check the DB resistors value across PO and PB. (Drive needs to be powered OFF to do this test)

-Check the programming under FUN, rPt the bRA to make sure its set to NO.

-Verify the correct DB resistor size has been installed.
