Introduction:
Smart-UPS Ultra 5, 8, and 10 kVA UPS models support user-upgradeable firmware. Firmware upgrades can provide product improvements, feature enhancements, and cybersecurity remediations throughout the product lifecycle.
Important: During a firmware upgrade, battery backup is unavailable. Equipment powered by the UPS will not be protected from power failures.
