How to manually delete I/O mapping after deactivating the IEC61850 Server function of a BMENOP0300 ?

If the Server function on the IEC61850 Configurator tool was previously enabled, the related mapped variables are automatically created on EcoStruxure Control Expert Device DDT.

To disable this Server function and delete the related variables on ECE:

  1. Delete first Server variables on the IEC61850 Configurator tool by opening the IEC61850 Configurator tool:

2- Click on "I/O Mapping ":

3- Select "Server" tab and click on “remove all”, then “yes”:

4- Go back to the «General” tab an disable the Server function:

5- Close the IEC61850 configurator: It will ask to save > click on 'yes':

6- Click on “Update application”, then make a "rebuild all" of the program:

The previous "Server" variable will be automatically deleted on the ECE Device DDT side.
