Issue:

The UPS shows data on the display/NMC web interface that is not accurate to what the actual data should be.  There may also be a random alarm code associated with these data issues.

Resolution:

The UPS firmware has been improved to eliminate false detection of these alarms and inaccurate data.

Please upgrade the UPS to at least firmware 17.0, then clear all alarms if needed.
