PME - Configuration Manager - Write To System "Greyed Out"

Issue

When using the Configuration Manager in a Side-By-Side Upgrade, the Write To System is greyed out and the following error is mentioned when hovering over it: Write to system is not supported for PME 12.0 (Distributed, English, Standard, 9.1) to PME 12.0 (Distributed, English, Standard, 12.0)

Resolution

For this particular issue we noticed that the customer was using CM Tool 2023 R2 on their current Standalone system to read the configuration backup. The ComponentCollection.json file from the archive shows the Tool Version and ToolFile Version as 9.1.0.0.

We then asked the customer to change the ToolVersion and ToolFileVersion to suit the version of PME they were upgrading to. Below is a screenshot of the modified Tool Version and Tool File Version on the left.
